Ganga Hospital - Hospital department in Prayagraj - Prayagraj, India

I literally don't want to give a single star. How could a medicine doctor can open a hospital. My brother had jaundice, and we were admitted here for 10 days. Each day you have to pay 5000Rs + extra charges (test). After spending time and money, my brother's health got even worse ( bilirubin count 15/ normal count should be below 1) . If you love your relatives please don't admit here.

Very poor treatment and dr op Gupta and staff are not doing well treatment

Staff behaviour is worst, They dont know how to talk to people. They charge unnecessary extra charge even after you submit the money in counter. Staff (dressing staff) will ask you extra charge everyday , they will not give you receipt without asking . And if you ask for receipt they start fighting. Worst hospital ever in allahabad. Just they know how to extract money from people. Whole staff is uneducated and uncertified. During an operation they will make you submit money but they will not even apply anesthesia before doing operation. They will keep all money in there pocket. Even the second doctor who does the dressing and operation has no manners to talk to anyone, and when it's not required to get admit they will force you to get admit giving x y z reasons. Just a lootera hospital and staff. This hospital should be closed for ever.

Dr. O P Gupta is best but his staff (mainly medicine distribution staff) is worst. They have no sincerity to handle the situation. They have no manner to talk to anyone.

Doctor has rich experience but fee is very high. Not affordable to comman men. Hospital staffs are maximum uneducated. I dont understand that they have certificate. They don't know human behaviours as making noise, speak very loudly, to listen music loudly at 02:00 AM and fighting between each other. Staffs are not supportive, uneducated and have not appropriate behaviour, that is complete responsibility of the doctor. I surprised on such appointments. I have admitted there my brother's last 8 days and have realised everything practically.

I don't know about About Admitting situation....but Dr OP Gupta Sir one of the best doctor which I have ever meet. takes the proper time all in all best doctor in Prayagaraj
