"I recently had a destressing experienced during my child birth , despite being the sole goverment facility catering to this critical need, I was disappointed by the inadequate facilities and the unpreparedness of the staff. During my stay in the private ward, I awaited the pediatrician's visit for my baby, only to be left unattended. This left me deeply concerned about the quality of care for those from villages or in the general ward. Every mother deserves to feel safe and valued during childbirth, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of this. It is my hope that the hospital authorities take immediate steps to address these issues and provide a more compassionate and well-equipped environment for all mothers and children in their care."

In my experience except the food sometimes is not cooking well n toilet in isolation building is not enough only one in ground floor

This Hospital is for maternity and infants. Nicely maintained. Needs improvement.

I had my sister in law admitted in their private ward the nurses were the rudest I ever encountered. Not at all approachable and they feel disgusted to even touch their patient, if we ask anything about the patient they say I don't know. Not at all polite very rude and arrogant. The patient is already in pain and they make them feel disgusted by not touching them. It was an awful experience for me and for my family as this was not the first time the nurse of Ganesh das hospital acted rude. They are ignorant , very ill mannered and unprofessional.

In which hospital security personnel does not allow people to not take food to the patient before visiting hours? Its cold in shillong and you cant take food/lunch for your patient untill 4'o clock which is patient visiting hours. The most concerning issue is that there is no CMO available at the centre. What kind of service is this?

Worst Govt hospital ever been.... I hate the attitude of the nurses. Some of Doctors are nice & ok. The facility is very very poor needs to train their staff in public relations. It's not a matter of man power. Kind words is the best medicine for patients.

They leave the patient without giving injections or drips even tho it was time for labor They said it wasn't time and They didn't do anything even tho the pregnant woman was in pain and my sister had to shift to another hospital and got her baby delivered safely.... If she stayed for another night in that hospital idk what would've happened to her and the baby I hate the nurse

Better to go NEIGREIMS than to go this hospital
