Our experience with Galaxy tours has just been amazing. Co-ordinating with Tenzing was very easy and he understood all our requirements really well. Initially we planned to visit north Sikkim as well but due to floods we had to change our plan and Tenzing was quick enough to suggest places in West and south sikkim. First let me talk about cab and drivers, they were just brillant in driving and warm as people. All the places they stopped for lunch or break was really good. We could enjoy the local cuisine .The rooms that were booked were all so good, clean and with amazing views which you can see in the photos. Once our trip started Tenzing made sure he checked on us everyday to make sure we were comfortable and we had evrything we needed which I don't think anyone would do. The entire team has good coordination which made our trip hassle free. I would highly recommend this travel agency if you are travelling to Sikkim.

Myself with my family travelled to GANGTOK and DARJEELING and booked the tour through Galaxy upon positive reviews from previous clients. Hotel selection at both places was good and close to the prominent market area so that we could commute at ease. Hotel stay at Gangtok and the facilities provided were very good to our complete satisfaction. Hotel stay at Darjeeling was good barring a few glitches initially. Since the tour involves quite a bit of travelling, the vehicle provided and the person who drives it assumes much importance. We were given Innova Vehicle to travel throughout the tour upon request. The persons on the steering at both places were polite and made sure that all the sightseeing points mentioned in the itinerary were covered. We were given enough time to visit and see the places. And also breaks in between to eat and relax. I would like to specially mention that upon request, we were provided permits to visit Nathula Pass though we couldn't go and see the Indo- China Border but we came very close to, due to sudden snow and bad weather. But I would say we did not regret not getting down from the car because we were literally stuck up in the snow for close to 4-5 hours and it was once in a life time experience though it looked scary at times. We could neither see Baba Mandir nor get down from the car to see Tsomgo lake. But no regrets here also. This Nathula trip was indeed memorable, but without getting down from the car thanks to mother nature. We also had a visit to a place called Mirik which is about 40 kms from Darjeeling. It is a very good place to visit with natural beauty at its best. If one plans to stay for three days in Darjeeling, then a visit to this place is a must. Last but not the least, I would like to specifically thank Mr. Tenzing, the Manager and his staff for making our sudden unplanned tour indeed stress free and memorable much beyond our expectations. The men on the wheel Mr. Lapka (Gangtok) and brothers Mr. Santosh & Mr. Anil (Darjeeling) were very professional in their work and took care of both road safety and personal safety during travel. I personally feel Galaxy Tours and Treks indeed has a good reputation in Sikkim and Darjeeling and their word is taken seriously by all the other stakeholders involved for a successful tour to happen. Galaxy Tours & Treks is based in Gangtok, and their managers Tenzing and Esha patiently guided us regarding the itinerary. Initially, we requested a trip that included North Sikkim as well as the Silk route. Interestingly, they offered us a tour of Gnathang Valley, which no other operator had offered us. At first, we were skeptical, but everything turned out well in the end. During the trip, Tenzing and Esha regularly called us to inquire about our well-being, which gave us a lot of confidence. Before the trip, I had concerns about the condition of the roads, and I frequently asked Tenzing about the vehicles. However, they repeatedly reassured us, which helped to reduce our anxiety. When I told them that I wanted to book the hotels myself, they immediately agreed and offered us a significant discount. The best part of the trip was the driver and the vehicle that Galaxy Tours & Treks had allotted to us. Tenzing Bhutia was more than just a driver. He was our guide and friend throughout the trip. He took great photos of us, took us to excellent eateries, explained everything about the places we visited, and in short, was a great representative of Sikkim culture. Thanks to Tenzing Ji, everything went smoothly throughout the trip, and we felt safe and comfortable. We were sad when we had to part ways at Bagdogra at the end of the trip. We are delighted that we found one of the most reliable tour operators, and we will cherish the memories from the trip for years to come.

Galaxy Tours have done a fantastic job of re-planning my tour after my North Sikkim tour had to be cancelled because of the recent floodings. New itinerary and new bookings were done just a week before and everything was perfect. They keep calling me if I am faced any problem with the bookings or the car or the driver.
