You will always have a staff there in order to spot. Though there are some rules regarding the dress code, because of it's nature of being true unisex.

Gym is good, Mostly Machines are available which are used in normal body building. Space is enough big for a fitness centre. But there is so much people in the gym so you have to wait for your turn to use the equipments. Trainer feel that he is Mr. Universe, if you are new in gym, then he just tell you to do this exercise but how you have to find out on your own. He didn't care about your exercise, he only care about money. Fees is reasonable not so much high. I will not recommend this gym for those who didn't do workout before and who wants to join alone. You should join this gym for your friends.
If you need a mini Gym in budget of 450 Rs only, donot expect fancy machines its a old school gym
