Food is excellent.. quality is good .. price is reasonable.. nice ambiance.. The type of service is excellent.. The way they talk with us is nice .. food is tasty .. veg and non-veg both are good .. nice view ..

The service experience would have also got a 4 star however did not have a great billing experience. I was to leave early in the morning so had intimated the staff at the reception about the same in the previous afternoon to prepare all my bills. However at night the person on the reception had no clue. So had to waste almost an hour to get to know the complete bill amount. Post that made the payment so that in the morning I had no issues. Everything was fine post that. This whole episode made me loose a good amount of sleep as it was necessary since I was to drive more than 12 hours the next morning.

The hotel was preety nice and very cooperative for children. The receptionists, especially Naveen was excellent. One, Mr. Nayak did everything to ensure my family is comfortable. Each and every staff of the hotel are overwhelming and put their utmost effort to make everything hastle free.

An average hotel with only essential amenities. For the staff 5 they are very helpful and cooperative. Location is perfect to reach the Main beaches of Vizag.-clean Hotel-easy accessibility-Friendly staffTalking about the lacking part don't get confused by watching the big convention center (hotel is next to that,a small one) .-a closed room with a limited view.- Food quality- Expensive restaurant (you can get better quality food in same price next to the hotel..like Kamat & Delicacies)overall a decent stayThanks

Restrictions are there . If you want to spend a vacation with very strict restrictions and disciplined vacation , then must visit there . You feel like you are in a King's Palace . The only thing I dislike that , they clean your room during 10 - 11 am , when you are not present in your Room . But overall its nice for a strict family vacation . I Enjoyed the stay so much .

The hotel staff consistently maintained good service and ensured the overall quality of our stay. Although the hotel advertised itself as a non-smoking establishment, there was a slight odor of smoking on the 5th floor. However, this did not significantly affect our comfort, as the rooms themselves were clean and well-maintained. We were pleased to have access to amenities such as hot water, free Wi-Fi, and a television in our room. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the beach was a convenient feature. Overall, considering the reasonable price we paid, we found the hotel to be a pleasant choice. The complimentary breakfast, excellent taste and quality, cleanliness of the rooms, and the convenient location near the beach were all positive aspects of our stay, despite the minor issue with the smell on the 5th floor.

The management accommodated our specific food requirements, and we chose Srinivasa Caterers, Seethammadhara Vizag, for an exquisite culinary experience. Special mention goes to SRK Decorations and Ashok Varama Garu for their outstanding work on the mandap, both the exteriors and interiors, adding an extra layer of grandeur to our special day. The overall planning by Prakash Garu, the property manager, and Kumar Garu for their meticulous management and execution on the wedding day was flawless. A truly memorable moment was when the Gadiraju Palace Property Owner paid us a personal visit and gave us a special gift. It added a personal touch to the entire experience.
