Dr.Shivraj Babu is really wonderful Doctor. But Worst service by Hospital and nurses. Specially the admin management is very poor. And pls treat patients as humans. The normal EEG costs 1400/- outside (reports ready in 3hours) but here they charge 3500/-( have wait wait for 1 and 1/2 half day to get the reports). MRI scan service is not here. We are waiting for half day till to get an appointment through hospital. Till evening nobody was bothered to get the appointment. I booked the appointment by my own and got the MRI reports in 3hrs. These nurses are really delivering very very poor service to patients. Duty Doctors should be aware of what is happening. Overall i was not happy and satisfied to pay the hospital bills. It's like sucking poor people blood and time.

Worst pediatric doc ever i visited, he don't even spend 5mins for a child.. & medicine rates are too high. Iam visiting him for over 1 year. Each time i would spend 1000rs roughly.. If he's prescribing a medicine for cold a month, after a month if i give the same medicine, still ny child's cold is not getting cured. Then again i have to come & visit him. Then he'll provide some other medicine for cold.

I don't recommend the hospital. Doctor prescribed one medicine but the medical person giving different medicine. Also doctor is not hearing what we telling simply he writes medicine and give to us. Also we can't even read the prescription. So medical person giving different medicine. Simply waste of cost and child health also affecting. Kindly don't prefer the hospital. Please

Dr. Sivaraj Babu treats well and hear what we say and answer back to our satisfaction.I admitted my kid for 3 days for a viral Fever... Seriously they were only hope during those 3dys and they gave us postive words and duty doctor visited twice....I must thank night time duty nurse who cared so much for my kid and finally for everything Dr.sivaraj sir... Best hospital for babies...

I was consulting to this doctor 2 times for my child, both the time the doctor didn't hear what we say, he will follow his procedures. And the main problem with the doctor is he won't spend more than 2-3 minutes per child, and when we ask more questions the nurse will force us to push out. I don't know how people are giving 5 stars to this hospital and praising the doctor. It is the worst childcare hospital I have ever seen. My humble request to parents, please consult with the better doctor.

Dr. Sivaraj Babu treats well and hear what we say and answer back to our satisfaction. Also nurse staff in the new hospital are very caring and attentive. I admitted my kid for 3 days for a viral infection and fever and all went well. Late nights and early morning Dr. Sivaraj sir come for a visit in ward and duty doctor visit twice. Overall nice. Thankyou sir

The Doctor is good but the nurses over there are not pofessional as they have worst behaviour with patients. Not sure why are they even paying them. I was consulting this doctor from the time my daughter was 3 months old and now she is 2.5 years. Now I am looking for an alternate doctor because of Admin staff and Nurses behaviour.
