I was at the restaurant in the Novotel today for lunch. The food is pathetic and unsafe. Everything on the buffet could easily be about a week ago or fortnight ago cooked food. Some of the stuff had already gone stale. I spoke about it to 2 of the staff serving there. They were least bothered. I see this very often in Pune esp in Hyatt and now also in Novotel. The food served in these hotel buffets is a week or fortnight old and even if you complain, they take it in deaf ears. As if that's the quality standard.
