Very good gym, good equipment and the personal trainers and staff are very helpful and friendly. Especially Anand sir who is my personal trainer, mainly focus on form and technique which enhances the quality of your workout and motivates you to go above and beyond to help you improve. I am pleased with the progress I have made and appreciate the efforts that he puts to enjoy the process of the workout more than the results. Definitely recommend!

I love to breathe free in open air with the early morning sun rays falling on me while I lift some weights. Hate to confine myself to a compact room with Airconditioner. Decent gym with good equipments. Most of the trainers are good. Spl. Mention for coach Anand who helped me recover from a knee injury & helped build stamina & strength. Highly recommend him for personal training sessions.
One of most well-equipped gyms in Chembur- Ghatkopar East area. But, certainly the best in Tilak Nagar/Pestom Sagar locality. You name it they've got it! So good!

The gym is very nice but a trainer name aanand is to cocky and arrogant does not have manners to talk to members.
The person who spoke to us today was really cocky when we were enquiring for prices. It didn't feel like he valued new members. Whenever we asked a question he gave the most weird answers ever.
