Location is ok but rest everything about inside of the place is worst . They take more than an hour to bring even the starters and that too cold not even a slight warm food is being served . The food contains almost a pinch salt . Staffs just make excuses about everything the food is worst the service is too slow and unarranged not even know how to serve properly. Just know how to make excuses. No proper taste and don't know what they serve . The lime soda seems there is just water and lime and the foods never the same as you order don't know who are the cooks. Total money and time wasted.

I recently visited this resort and unfortunately, I was highly disappointed. There were several significant issues that overshadowed any positive aspects of my visit. First and foremost, the facilities were in an unacceptable condition. The bathrooms were not usable, and there was a complete lack of hand wash in any of the bottles. It's basic hygiene and cleanliness that should be expected from a resort. The staff members lacked professionalism and failed to meet even the basic standards of customer service. Their attitude was indifferent, and they did not seem adequately trained to handle guest inquiries or concerns. One of the most frustrating experiences was at the restaurant. The food took an incredibly long time to be delivered, often exceeding an hour. Although the taste was satisfactory, the wait time was unacceptable. Furthermore, reordering items meant enduring another long wait of over an hour. This level of inefficiency and lack of organization is simply unacceptable. The water park area was spacious, but it was apparent that the staff was insufficient to handle the large number of visitors. As a result, the crowd was poorly managed, leading to an unpleasant experience for guests. Additionally, the changing rooms in the water park bathroom were inadequate and did not meet the necessary standards. Bathrooms and toilets are enough for 100 people's. Lastly, the rooms themselves were located under the water park building, which was not ideal. This arrangement caused inconveniences and made the overall experience less enjoyable. Considering the numerous issues I encountered during my stay, I cannot recommend this resort. The management should address these problems promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Water park ke naam pe there was only park and no water, 0 crowd the only visitors were dogs. The whole place is under construction (or maintenance as the staff says) the slides were rusted and were being built. There was not even a single drop of water... Also do not opt for staying in the resort, it is way overpriced and don't even think about booking the cottages, it is just a 15x10 foot room and trust me you will regret it for sure!!! If you have plenty of money to waste then burn it you will atleast enjoy while the money burns but DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!

This is a very beautiful place. And the rooms of this resort are also quite good. And the food here was also very tasty. And the wave pool in the water park is much better than other water parks.

Nice place, nice food, nice location. Missing 2 thing 1. For the drinking water bottle, they were charging more than 50% from the actual cost. They charged 30 rs per bottle, and all people will need it. 2 Cold drink they were 70 rs per glass. So we didnt took that Except these two all are good.

It is our pleasure to give feedback for Fun n city resort and water park, it was great life time moment for our destination wedding event, we all had wonderful overall experience of our destination wedding and highly recommend this place. Room were well managed, food was nice and well managed with buffet and it was elaborate and looking awesome. I thanks all fun n city resort and water park associates for wonderful experience!!!

Well maintained water park and accommodation if you want to stay overnight. All facilities of a standard water park available. Food in the restaurant was good and tasty. Open parks and cottages are available fir organising any party, function, marriage etc. Distance is a little far away from Patna.

Right from the moment we entered and till the time we checked out, the experience was superb. From welcoming and cheerful staffs to the location of the resort, from the amenities & Food available to arrangements made, everything was up to the mark. We hope to revisit very soon in the future.
