Experience in this gym is extremely good. I would recommend everyone to join and get fit. Gym trainers are very enthusiastic and encouraging to a non gym going person and support them to start slowly ir fast pace as per your choice. But they understand the limit of a person when he will exhaust.
Best gym , I haven't seen trainer's like here. Very friendly and guides me at my every mistake.

Friends gym is located on Sirsi Road, is a great fitness center where each member is motivated to perform proper exercises as per their body/fitness goals requirements. The trainers and staff are friendly and provide excellent guidance. The gym is well stocked with all equipments and is very spacious with a high energy environment..

This is my first time joining a gym and I must say that the experience till now is great. The trainers are experienced and certified, you'll be trained in a certain way. Also the environment is soothing and enthusiastic. I appreciate the efforts of the trainers for such a good experience.
