Experience in this gym is extremely good. I would recommend everyone to join and get fit. Gym trainers are very enthusiastic and encouraging to a non gym going person and support them to start slowly ir fast pace as per your choice. But they understand the limit of a person when he will exhaust.

Friends gym is located on Sirsi Road, is a great fitness center where each member is motivated to perform proper exercises as per their body/fitness goals requirements.
