From the moment we arrived until our departure, every aspect of our stay was marked genuine sense of hospitality. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were provided a restful night's sleep. Stay was awesome and quality is good. Recommend others to look here for stay. More than the stay what impresses me was the refund. At last minute hurry i paid extra and booked extra additional beds i was afraid that getting refund will gng to be a hassle but why proved be wrong. At the end of stay they recalculated and send me the extra amt paid. I never thought getting a refund from hotel will be this easy. Trustworthy people who value customer satisfaction more than money.

The rooms are soo clean and well maintained. We have grace supermarket very close to the location which is a good thing to get your eatables. The owner is very responsive and accepts all your concerns and affirms to fix it asap.

Very nice place. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, calm surrounding, very nice and helpful owner with extremely good communication. Provided airport pickup went perfect. We stayed 2 nights after arrival in Chennai. He sent us Kumaran for a sightseeing daytrip in and around Chennai, who is also an extremely nice guy and gave us a mostly beautiful tour BIGGEST LIKE! We will book the place again for an overlight stay on our way back to the airport. BIGGEST RECOMMENDATION!!!

Its a great place to stay providing a beautiful stay experience. You will feel like home away from home. Near by areas at walkable distance you will find grocerry, medical shops and few tiffin options. Comfortable stay.

I must say this place is hard to beat in Chennai. Friendlystay elite is an ideal base camp for both business travellers and families. I was impressed with the house and its decor. While the place is immaculate, and not lacking anything, the true standout and kudos to our host Sam and family and his courteous staff. Parking is available if you bring your own vehicle. The interiors are nicely decorated and the rooms are spotless and well furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need to prepare meals or tea / coffee. The beds are comfortable and there's a TV if you need it. Air conditioners and fans are both available. This executive rooms we stayed larger than other normal rooms in this apartment. Especially the private balcony we had offers stunning views of the sky where you can sit, read and chill. This was one of the best stays/experiences ever. Sam is always very caring & responsive and always goes over and beyond to help and make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend booking with the Friendlystay over any hotel or apartment when you are coming to Chennai.
