The place has become dull. Menu and items at the counter definitely have availability issues. Fries are good though

The service was absolutely horrendous - The food came at least 45 minutes late - The main course was served in two parts. The second part came at least 10 minutes after the other - The fries with the fish and chips were cold. When we asked them to replace the chips, they just refried the already cooked but cold chips and gave them to us - They served the ketchup after half the fries were over - The bread with their Parmesan chicken looked burned and battered - The Parmesan chicken was stiff and so so in taste - They did not serve bread with the second main course, till we asked - They did not give a serving spoon with the second main course - The second main course tasted very good For the money they charge, they should not be providing such choppy service where they serve you refried cold chips. Absolutely not worth a single penny.

This used to be kinda my place. To work, to go just for coffee, to hang out with friends. But this time, I saw a notice which sounded very unwelcoming and rude. I had a meeting over lunch and they kind of disconnected all the plugs so that you can't work there. I mean which venture we are living in!!! I am shocked.
This place is nice. The sandwiches and burger are very good. Also there cold coffee is so delicious. The ambience is delite. Do visit it if you are near sec 17 or 16 for a great coffee.

Excellent selection of items and good prices. The silver ware is really beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Tamanna, Sandeep and Dilshad. They all were very patient while we took our time with the selection.
