Four Points by Sheraton Srinagar - Hotel in Srinagar - Srinagar, India

Stayed for four nights at this compact property. Positive aspects include spacious rooms in a central city location. However, drawbacks include unappetizing food, sluggish service. The wash room had a curtain malfunction compromising privacy. We checked if we could use the theatre facility at the property but never recieved a response .Suited more for business purposes with minimal scenic views. Overall, not impressive for this price ; I wouldn't choose it at this price for a personal visit.

It was a great experience staying at Four points. The staff was friendly and cordial. They ensured we have the best stay experience. The rooms were very well maintained. We initially booked for 2 days and then extended for 5 days because of the best experience from the staff right from security, reception and the restaurant. Have to specially thank Nasir and Fayaz for taking extra efforts and going above and beyond to serve our four year old son. He just loved the place and staff and never wanted to leave. Great work team!

Excellent service by the humble and kind staff. They ensured our stay was plesant and memorable. Food was fantastic. Breakfast menu could use some more variety, but overall the experience was absolutely worth it.

This hotel needs to work on service. The location is somewhat always from main tourist attractions. But the main problem is the restaurant, the food and quality they serve is pathetic. Being a marriott chain people expect better dining, but unfortunately both taste, choice and quality is not good while the rates are 5 Star. Please work on your dining

This is a great, reliable hotel to stay in Srinagar. Do not expect a resort in a peaceful setting as this is a business hotel on the main road with all all the modern trappings and service levels of a star hotel. Check in and check out were super quick. We were upgraded to a bigger room - really spacious , beautiful but with no views to speak of. The food spread at the restaurant was quite good but not super delicious. Restaurant service was top class. The staff are super friendly and eager to meet your needs. Mubashir needs a special mention with his extraordinary service with a smile at all times. Overall a pleasant stay. Great room. Good amenities. On a busy main road.

I have never seen staff like this hotel was having. So courteous , so humble, so good that Could not b explained. I have booked trip again to this hotel next month just bcz of the service. I stayed for four days in this hotel with family and have several instances where staff displayed their high service standards Whether it is Fayaz at restaurant or Uwaiz at Gate everyone was so good that I could not forget.

It was clean, stylish with excellent service. Food was yummy, as Mr. Wasim khan the kitchen in charge was taking care personally. Moreover the restaurant in charge Mr. Muzaffar was very courteous and he was paying attention to eah & every guest personally.
