I had been chosing this hotel over every other hotels whenever I visit Bhubaneswar because of four reasons - 1) Behaviour of their staff (super happy with Shradhanjali and Ranjan who handles the reception and Mihir at their restaurant). 2) Location cannot be better than theirs 3) Rooms are awesome 4) There's some opportunity to the improve the breakfast spread Keep up the good work guys !
It's a second home for me when I am at Odisha. The entire team is too good and dedicated for the customer satisfaction. In the restaurant section I have seen Sraddhanjali a perfect blend of professional and dedicated towards customer satisfaction. The restaurant has become more comfortable due to her attitude.
I had been to their Oriental pavillion Restaurant and the ambience is breathtaking, I specially love such kind of peaceful ambience. The food was authentic Chinese and the staffs are quite friendly. I would recommend this. Mihir, Raj and shradha were the once who attended us and they are lovely people. Thank you

Went to the Restaurant, the food (Hakka Noodles) served was very high on salt, though the server changed it we had almost lost my appetite. Crispy Chilly Babycorn was shoggy, green Salad was full of salt and cream and cheese ( I had ordered for plain green salad). The worst of it was when I tried to make payment, the credit card machine was not working, They wanted adject change in cash, i opted for QR Code, but the server had to gaze at the payment confirmation for 2 minutes to find out the Transaction Ref No.
