Good hotel with basic amenities but their services are 7 stars. employees are very polite. My disappointment was with the bathroom door as there was a visible gap and you easily see into the bathroom straight. Food was very good but they need to improve their South Indian recipes which did not taste like proper south Indian food. Otherwise food was excellent. There is no swimming pool and parking is also outside the hotel but they provide valet parking. Overall a good place to stay

Everything is good! But the price of the food menu is high enough that normal tea is rs195. We had complimentary breakfast. Service was good at our time most of the staff was new and young so they were not familiar with the property. Have to call 2 to 3 times to get service in the room rest was a good nice property.

amenities were not upto that mark! As we were three and amenities was only for one( we have to call several times at receptions they wont respond first time. Few of staf was newely hired( can judge first timer)rest all over property is built good. I would like to stay next time. All over experiance good.

The hotel was quite good. The staff was also very cooperative And the food taste and quality was amazing

Nice and comfortable stay.. Buffet was awesome specially breakfast.. Ankit and Sonika were very Hospitable and took care .. Room was also nice.. hotel located in main market on the road.. nearby accesible to all food outlets and mall

I went today 18/08/23 around 1:30pm. And they charged me Rs4,000 include breakfast, Around 4pm. One housekeeping staff member knock the door and just come inside the room and that time m sleeping without cloth on bed and staff said sorry m just went inside the room to check the key I tell the supervisor on duty he said nothing happened I told him to check the camera but they didn't check and I just handover the key to them and checkout than book other hotel this is my first time I had a very bad experience with this hotel I waste my Rs4,000 because of hotel management.

We only accessed the Orchid restaurant which is a good fune dining restaurant. Taste wise it is just about alright. But service and ambience is a plus point. Jalandhar has very fine dining restaurants to pick out of. So this one does give a good dining experience.

Hi friends... I stayed there.... Comparing OYO it's best to stay.... From receiving to leaving all staff are very cooperative., Food and beverages are traditional and continental... As per your choice... Sufficient parking. Overview is very ambience.. I prefer o stay there.. if you in Jalandhar...
