I don't have words to explain how much I am thankful to Dr. Rakhi Gupta. My wife pregnancy was very high risk and she handled it with very much ease and perfection. The entire pregnancy journey went very smooth due to her guidance. Her Gynae team doctors are very experienced, and Dr Bhoop Singh from anaesthetic department were very helpful and took all precautions on the surgery day. Nursing staff and everyone was very cooperative. I am really thankful to all of them.

We are using the services of this hospital from about one month. We were fully satisfied with the Doctors, nursing staff,and the receptionists. They all are very polite have manners to manage and help all the problem's of patients. We continuously coming to the hospital everyday for the therapy at 5 floor. All was going very good but yesterday when we were coming downward- me and my sister(patient) through the patient lift . The security staff going through that were talking in a very cheap and vulgarly. Because of that we feel more discomfort yesterday, and same happens today also . I urge the managing staff that take it as a concern.

Initially we were in doubt how the things would be because the hospital is new but Dr. Rakhi explained everything and helped in building trust. Thanks to Dr. Arti, Dr. Madhu and whole staff who helped in delivery process. NICU where my new born baby was kept is well equipped and their doctors are good and very supportive. Even the staff who helped my wife and helped in feeding to my baby at night, I am very thankful for that generosity. Wonderful experience....the service we received was far beyond our expectation, my mother in law had knee replacement surgery and it went quite well, we consulted with Dr. Bharat Goswami(orthopaedic) he is such a great doctor and an amazing person too. TPA staff was also supportive including Ashish, Asharam n his team. There was a little hassle with the night nursing and housekeeping staff, they were usually not on time when called. Rest everything was perfect. Thanks to fortis for making whole journey so smooth for us.
