Forest Trails Township - Housing development in Pune - Pune, India

Its well planned city in outskirts of Pune in hills. Plantation of no of trees to be apperciated.

Forest trail, is not actually living place. Township maintenance is very high. They are not promoters , they are savkar..I mean ,they have charged 1.25% interest per month. That means 15% per annum. Won't provide, anything out if it. They are taking charges from flat owners, maintaing there road, to sell remaining products. Not good Don't buy

Location - 7-8 km from Chandni Chowk. So a bit detached from city. Natural beauty - awesome. Amenities - All is fine but roadlights are missing. So a bit secluded at night. Occupancy - Low.

Awesome township.... just at the right distance from the crowded city. The restaurant "Cliff" services awesome food, and has other amenities like swimming pool, gym.

Nice clean scociety wity clean roads and no pot holes the security is good with proper covid guidelines

Amazing project. S.A. Krishna sir took the time off his busy schedule to show us around. Pros: 1. Huge land parcel. 2. Many fun amenities in addition to your basic run of the mill ones. 3. Fire station, police station and a CBSE school right inside the project. 4. Daily necessities can be bought without getting out. 5. Shuttle services for all. 6. Outstanding views. Also, you feel connected to nature. Greenery makes you feel like you are on a vacation in a hill station somewhere. 7. The "cliff" restaurant structure has the best views. Cons: 1. A little far from the highway. 2. Mobile tower adjacent to the J structured 2&3 bhk apartment buildings. Which is a little unorthodox. But, City dwellers will not give it a second thought, since many of us live around these towers nowadays.
