Local GuideAmanora while being a good place to stay lacks uniformity in its rules for tenants across towers, in some towers like the Metro towers the tenants are treated like hostel students and asked to get an email sent from the owner to the township for allowing guest, plus guest aren't allowed post 11 PM while the tenants are paying rents as high as 20-22k per month for studio apartments, the guards act as moral police questioning anyone and everyone entering in the tower, of that is the plan why have a app to control the guest movement? The Nexus of the real estate brokers isn't helping either as they are the ones driving up the rentals thru the roof. So I'd advice you think twice before renting an apartment in Amanora and specifically at Metro towers.

Local GuideThey have an temple of environment but at the same time they're ruining the environment around them. They've been regularly dumping tons of plastic & paper waste in open grounds behind Adreno towers. Look at the pictures and video.
