The location is nice as it's just beside dal lake,apart from the busy lake It will give you the feeling of a virgin lake.Now the cons are not maintained room,Dirty beds with no heating arrangement, clumsy and very small room.wash room is not having adequate water flow with poor supply of hot water.space is very less for normal movement.In MAP plan food quality was extremely ridiculous for us though adequate quantity was provided.
You are planning for any trip, the focus for hotel booking is for quality friendly & economical. This resort is of best of both. Staff & host are real host. In my case, thanks to jammu & srinagar road construction work, I reached at 1.30 am, but host welcome us with *Welcome to Srinagar* with smile. This is the best resort on all aspect. Rooms are very small. Only 02 Rooms have Dal Lake view. We were alloted a room which was backside and there was some weird smell coming from adjacent house. They had kept their best room vaccant, seemingly for a prospective tourist. The owner said that they do not get proper margin when customer books online, as in my case. We were 02 adults and 02 kids for which the room size was not convinient. Hence i had to book additional room for 1500. Location is nice with Dal Lake and Mountain view in backdrop. Cafe Emerald is only good restaurant near it (about 1.6 km away). Most happening places like Dal Gate and Lal Chowk are far away from this place. Although Cab services like Jugno and Novo are easily available through their app. Finally, it's not convinient for more than 02 guests and when you want to explore Srinagar and do marketing because the cost saved on Hotel room may be marred by traveling costs and food costs.
Located right at the bank of Dal lake, this place offers a mesmerizing view of the surroundings. The first rays of sun strikes right your room, and the mountain forms a perfect backdrop. Overall it exceeds value for money considering the price. Rooms are good and well maintained. Highly recommended!
I am back but my eyes are still floating on Dal Lake surrounded by mountains from the balcony. You must choose this hotel. Everyone is very nice, very sweet behavior. Cooked and served with great care. Very very good behavior will make your trip more pleasant
