During Navratri, I have been abstaining from consuming non-vegetarian food as a personal choice. Recently, I visited Food Express in Raghunathpur with my brother and sister. While they ordered Chicken Biryani, I opted for Vegetable Fried Rice and Kadhai Paneer. Unfortunately, while enjoying the last spoonful of the Paneer gravy, I discovered a piece of chicken in it. This incident highlights potential concerns regarding hygiene practices at the restaurant. Considering that I had specifically requested a vegetarian dish, it would have been desirable for the restaurant to ensure proper utensil washing protocols were followed. I strongly believe that this kind of oversight is unacceptable and should be addressed to safeguard customer satisfaction.
