I did not like the booking and travel experience with Fly India. I had booked for Haridwar, Rishikesh and Mussoorie. The room given by hotel manager was substandard and I could change after an intense argument. Sad part was that I did not receive any support from Fly India team. They kept on insisting that room was correct. So either they are a party to make fool of clients with hotel authority or too dumb. The rooms booked in other two places were through MMT and they did not have any tie ups. They showed me the photo of hotel in Rishikesh with rooftop and told me that the view is very good without knowing that it is under construction or last few months. There was no proper power back up so was without AC for both days as the hotel mager said that voltage is low.
