Florence Hospital - Private hospital in Srinagar - Srinagar, India

I want to share it with the management of the Florence hospital that I was not totally satisfied with your hospital. At least for female patients you should have appointed female staff for doing E.C.G and Ultrasound facility. It's not good at all a male staff member there do an E C G. To a female patient.

When I was 5 months pregnant someone gave me a reference of Dr Rafia Andrabi in Florence Hospital. When I met her for the first time, I was very satisfied alhamdulillah. Then I used to go to her for check up for daily routine She told me everything about cesarean a week before, but I was very scared from inside but I was hopeful also Dr Rafia is very good. Alhamdulillah, i gave birth at 09:40 morning 23rd sept 2023 and it was a baby boy, baby weight was 3.7 I m absolutely fine by the grace Allah and then Dr. Rafia Thanks for taking good care of me and my baby boy for 2 days. We both had best care in Florence hospital

This is the worst hospital in Srinagar,went there today with my sick child,the girls at the reception (for the paediatrician,dr Farooq Mir)are absolutely delusional and rude!!!they refused to take up one patient while the attending doctor was still going to see for 2 hours more,so unprofessional and rude.

Leproscopic surgeon is so good ,kind hearted . Well experienced But their staff faculty is not so good Poor accomodation like not providing blankets properly,first they tell the one whom are with patients,will provide you blankets for one person later after telling so many times ,this is totally so poor of them

Florence hospital is one of the best hospitals in Chanpora area of Srinagar District The hospital is in the list of few top hospitals in Kashmir valley This hospital have a great infrastructure and all the latest machinery and equipment's The hospital have many specialist and well known doctor's available 24/7 The hospital have a good helpful and hardworking staff, their is also a drug store inside the hospital Almost all kind of surgeries are done here, Cardiac, Neurology, Opthalmic etc

A super speciality hospital in chanapora area . A lot of complaints about the serving staff and doctors are comming that they are arrogant they dont treat people well .

They have worst behavior to client on phone call the never receive a phone call properly. Receptionists are just on there phones they don't care to of client they will put your phone call on hold and never pick it.. Worst client handling experience
