Flora Charishma Residency - Hotel in Aluva - Ernakulam, India

Loved this hotel - the best we had whilst on our travels in India! This is what a proper hotel is and should be in India :) Rooms were spacious and quiet enough. Food excellent and delivered to our room when we asked. Staff also very accommodating and polite. Only downfall was the WiFi wasn't great, apart from that amazing. If we return, we'll stay here every time!

I stayed here with family, the hotel is centrally located and easy to reach from railway station. The staff especially front desk was very helpful, rooms are comfortable and clean. We dined in the in-house restaurant and food was fine, breakfast buffet had sufficient options. To sum up this hotel is good and a safe option for people traveling to Aluva.

We stayed for just 1 day and it was the best experience for us. The hotel is very clean and has great facilities. Staff was very polite and helpful. Location is also very useful as it is near the bus stop, railway, and metro station. We could move all around Kochi and come back around 10.30 pm very comfortably. Our best wishes for the hotel and congratulations to the staff for an excellent job.

We had a great stay here. The food is good. Service is great and the staff is very efficient. Totally worth the price.

Immatured behaviour from front office and accounts dept. not suitable for a corporate deal It is not a business hotel. To our institution 4 rooms booked for 5days At the time of booking very good behaviour thereafter so pitty.

The rooms are really good and not too costly The staff here is very helpful at any point of time. The food from their restaurant is amazing
