Owner didn't not provide good services, we booked 2 rooms but he gave only one room for 4 members once we reach there , so members had to sleep on the floor, water was not available, at the time of check out he fought with my parents and abused them also by saying " kisi ke baap ka Ghar nhi yeh" Khali kro room , he was rude , not empathetic overall not a good experience for me and my family.

Zero star, booked room for 31st 2022 and 1st jan 2023.from OYO I travelled more than 200 kms and when I reached there. He said your booking is cancelled. Ive paid yhe amount while booking and if I cancel from my side no refind was there And believe me I called OYo and they said It isn't cancelled. . Before i called oyo The manager or who ever was that said to cancel the booking from my side and take offline room for 2000. And at first When oyo assistance called the manager, 2 times he didn't pick his phone. And remained busy with other Cx there. After that oyo assistance said sorry sir , and all, I said what Is this agar aap ese hotels ko apne partner bnate ho to is se apke image khrab ho rahi ha. . Fir he asked for apology for my experience and said to give refund. After that I moved here and there for around half an hour in search for a room which fits my budget. Worstest() ever experience
This is one of the worst hotel i have visited in my life,the manager is a tool and didn't know how to talk with anyone and he said to my face that if I paid online for hotel then he won't given me the room.this hotel is a nightmare
The toilet was not sanitized. It was smelling of urine. No geyser in the room. Only after calling the care taker, the motor pump was switched on after which hot water came in a tap. Towel provided was not washed and shredded at multiple areas. Lot of complaints. Definitely NOT recommended.
Worst hotel... In oto 4.3 rating was there.. dont believe that.. The owner forcefully take your phone and rate himself...Very bad toilet..There was no bucket mug.. and blankets were not cleaned. The owners behavior was very rude... no safe parking space..Dont even consider this hotel .I am feeling shame to give 1 star rating to this type of rubbish palace. This is overall worst place. Demanding more money from us and Even the owner didn't have any sense about how to talk with customers.
