Flagship Skyline Beach Resort Near Candolim Beach - Resort hotel in Candolim - North Goa, India

This is probably one of the worst experiences of my life. There were absolutely no amenities involved, the TV didn't work, I was asked to bring my own pen drive to watch a TV, there was no WiFi, no housekeeping, no room service, not even a restaurant. I asked for water and got told I had to bring my own. The room was pretty small and unclean, no one bothered to change the sheets or towels even after telling them repeatedly to do so. I was given a room on the 3rd floor with no elevators and had to carry my own suitcase up there. There's no phone to call the reception I had to Google it while on the premises just to ask for soap. Pathetic service! Absolute waste of money.

It was very very great experience with my wife. thanks to resort staff for decorating our room, my wife was surprised. Su Palacio Resort made my honeymoon very memorable. Hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. Hope to visit soon on our anniversary Pool side ambience is very cosy and peaceful. Suggestion for all upcoming guests: Must have your dinner at pool side table. they arranged room decoration with cake for us. surprised and memorable moments for my wife.

Avoid. This place offers cheap stays on Make my trip or other portals in the name of Su Palacio or Goa Palacio resort. Rooms are dirty with passage areas messy. Not sure when the swimming pool is cleaned. If you opt for Breakfast included in the package you will be surprised to get only omelette and two bread slices that too after repeated calls to the reception. They act as if they are doing you a favour by providing breakfast . The only saving grace is a restaurant opposite to the hotel which provides decent food and a veg restaurant nearby which provides good breakfast. Carry your own Towels and even bed linens if possible

Okay kind of hotel, swimming pool shut down time is 7:30 which was a bit bad. Rooms were not so good, my bathroom light was not good, took 2 days to repair, for which we had to use toilet with cell phone light. Good and snacks are good and reasonable. Overall the room charges are a bit high in comparison to the interiors.

The owner of this property is not at all humble. He has to just fill his pocket nothing else. He hardly cares for the prblms faced by his guest. My experience in this hotel was one of the nightmares. I stayed there for two days, this guy didn't provide housekeeping, breakfast, and even water. Moreover even for paying ac rooms we were in non ac room as the electricity was not there for the whole day. I would not recommend it at all

I am an unsatisfied customer. How much stars should I give? Reasons: No hot water in my bathroom. As per manager it should come if we keep tap running for few mins but it never came. Bathroom door doesn't have a lock. Walls unclean. Bed sheets unclean. Ordered lunch at 1pm arrived by 3pm after 3-4 calls to reception Fan works only on 5th speed. And can't be repaired. AC works only on 16degC

We stayed in an apartment and it was very spacious as well as had all the necessary amenities like AC, Refrigerator, WiFi, TV and hot water. The beach is at 7-10 mins walking distance from Candolim beach. Staff is very courteous and food is also great. Overall a great stay.

The place was quite good according to the price, but that's what the Google images tells you. The service was worse than any other place. Was way to away from all the tourist destination, the management is ever worse. They wouldn't even bother to fix your door knob untill you haunt them to fix it for 2 days. Ac doesn't work . The pool is the only good thing about this resort.
