Very bad Experience .....i have booked hotel online and pay , but property owner ask for extra payment .
At the time of checkout there are lots of issues in between the property owner and OYO for payment i have waited for 1:30 hours for checkout after lots of issue finally checked out .
Don't book this property really bad in behavior , no food in hotel,hotel charges extra amount to all guests apart from payment.. giving lots of problem in checkin and checkout.....only waste of time and money.....
The manager was so rude.. My friend have booked a room via mobile by paying 399 . But when he reaches there the manager ask 1150 more money to book a room. He says that you pay that money online but it's not the actual amount and when my frnd tell that he didn't have enough money and asks his money back manager tells I didn't get your money you paid it online so go and get it from your phone. I don't know how to. The behaviour of the manager was also so rude and he is a slow person waste a lot of time of my friend. My frind check in there at night 10 and asks tha manger to just let him stay at check in hall till morning on behalf of money he pays online. But the manager didn't let him rest there for at least 10 minutes. He suffers a lot due to the online scam or so called hotels rule or something else.
Worst experience in my life of hotel stay.The behavior of managing staff is totally horrible. Worst and rude staff. Oyo doesn't listen to them. They doesn't listen to oyo and customer becomes victim of their issues. If you have booked through Oyo please carry double the amount of that otherwise they will not allow to stay.
Had booked it through make my trip. After a long day of travel when I reached the hotel, the owners asked me to pay extra as they said what I had paid on MMT is very less for an AC room and they cannot let me check in. Me, being so exhausted and tired to search for a new place to stay, just agreed, and only after making the extra payment, and finishing all the formalities, was allowed to check in to the room. The owner/manager was rude and has no idea what customer service means.
It is very useless for you to come here, if you come here at any time, then here you will have to pay extra 1000 rupees from online booking, otherwise it will not let you stay there.
Even if you come here late night, you will not be of any help here. It will charge you extra. It's better than that. Before coming here, check any other hotel. Even if you are in a lot of trouble, do not come to this hotel.
Very bad service and they don't accept the online payment and the room was also not clean at all.. yeakk... So sticky and smelling rooms .. I suggest u please visit another hotel not this..
Had a pathetic experience, I booked this hotel from Oyo via booki ID HACS2191. But I was not allowed to check in, he said I have to pay extra ( the card discount which I got in offer ) even they told me that I have room of 999 you booked this on 637 Oyo will charge 40% commission on this I will receive only 382 you have to pay me 382 (617+382 = 999 ).
As I looked in owner's Oyo app in his Tab I found that there it is written customer paid 637 ( owners share is 617 ).
How much oyo is charging it is really a mystery...

Room is little small but manageable for one or two night stay. They have complimentary Breakfast for deluxe room guests. Breakfast was healthy and tasty also. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful for the guests.
