Worst hotel . No sense of cleanliness. Cockroaches crawling every where. Walls full of fungus. The water coming out of taps had green algae floating. See attached photos for this disgusting place. Rooms have no ventilation. the reception doesn't even bother picking up calls. Paid extra money as they did not accept the Oyo initial booking money.this room is not even worth 300/-, but ended up paying 800. The only saving grace was that geyser and AC were working. Better to sleep in footpath rather than this place. pathetic disgusting Oyo! If this is the quality of their flagship hotel, we can only imagine how rest of their hotels will be!

Please don't go to this. Recommended by oyo. Go through Google and search the best for your best stay or anything else. If you go through oyo .the hotel staff will you treat like an beggar not an customer

Please don't go this cheap hotel. All reviews are fake or paid reviews. They are charging extra amount at check in time and hospitality is very bad. Rooms are dirty as well as they are not providing room service also. Location was good but staff was unprofessional.

Don't trust on Oyo price, the less expensive room you select, the worst experience you get., Go through make my trip rather than Oyo.

Hotel is 4 km away from the Secunderabad Station. This one is best for two people at this price segment. It has 24/7 electricity, gyser, AC, TV and every facilities. I booked for 2 day's first thinking like if it would be nice then will extend and I have stayed here for 4 day's. Had a great experience.

The mattress on bed is very old and u can feel the springs inside.. Not at all comfort for stay. I came to hotel at 10.30.. They kept me waiting till 11.20 and charged extra 200 for early check-in. Too commercial and looting.

Once we didn't give review while going in urgency work..receptionist asked as u to give review by doing that he will get incentives.. Then we are in hurry we didn't have time so we said afterwards will give..keeping that in mind they are not giving us rooms and telling rooms are unavailable.. We faced this 3times..again recently we had booked room and before going we made call to them.. They said rooms are available u can come.. After going there he said no rooms available and telling anyhow u don't like our service which we haven't said so this means they noted our booking name and made us to come wantedly to make us fool.. Even they are charging more .. In app its showing 600 and they are asking more while checking... Bad staff.. Misunderstanding.. Dirty rooms..

One of the worst places u can ever think of. We booked 4 rooms. Worst kept rooms and dirtiest linens. Rudest staff. We asked for change of bedspread which was stained but the staff told to get out if we are not ok with the bedspread and that there is no fresh linen. Also he asked why we booked 'couple only rooms'?? He told we should have booked offline to get better treatment rather than going with Oyo. After repeated complaints even Oyo is worst in giving assistance. After seeing the stained bedspread we didn't stay there we came out and took other rooms. Moreover the same hotel is running under 3 names. Even after complaining about this Oyo is least bothered. I want my full refund.Oyo is saying it will give only 20% refund for me. See the state of its function. 2 disabled elders and 3 elderly people are affected by this. Still Oyo is insensitive. Boycott Oyo!!! Boycott Oyo!!!!
