Horrendous experienceVery rude attendant. He tried to unfairly charge more for the pre-paid room. And later on denied giving the bill for the amount charged. Overall the cost of living is not justified as the rooms are quite old and furniture is decrepit. One thing good about the hotel which prompted me to book it was its location. Apart from the location everything else was fairly below-par!

Such an unprofessional, fraudster hotel. Demanding double the money from what I have booked via agoda. Such an arrogant behaviour from the reception staff. That bloody staff thinks that he is the owner of that hotel. Such an arrogant Bloody fraudster he is. I definitely give ZERO stars but there are no such options. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NO ONE TO CHOOSE THIS TYPE OF FRAUDSTER HOTEL...........

They are cheater. They confirmed on online but when you will reach the hotel then they will not give u the room by saying that we are not selling room online. they will offer same room at double price. Those people do this because they give rooms to love birds on an hourly basis. By doing this, they generate more profit. Tamilnadu govt need to take necessary action against them.

Very bad attitude of staff at reception. They have baseless rules and regulations and staff is ready to cancel and give back the cash for everything you ask them. They told us the reason that "you ask a lot of questions" so we are cancelling the booking. Hotel is good but service is bad. and Visitors are not allowed even for a minute or two.(another drawback) .

Booked for the hotel online. Once you reach the property they'll say they're not attached with OYO anymore and refuse to provide your stay. Receptionist not cordial at all, straight away refused to provide the room we booked. Stay away from this hotel at all costsI don't even wish to give one star, worst experiance of my life. Very rude staff, and they charged me double showing their OYO App, where as i had a different Tariff in my booking. GOD knows their various types of cheating and also they were reluctant to provide rooms if it's booked online. Further they denied me the bill for payment made

VERY UNHAPPY and TOO WORST EXPERIENCENo breakfast served, behaviour of the staff is not friendly.Management is reluctant to give an acknowledgement for whatever the extra paid like early check-in charges. Rudely answering the Guest is very worst and never ever happened with any of the OYO properties. As if they are feeling that they are giving all their properties to Guests. Counter arguments with Guests in this facility is seem to be a regular phenomena as I witnessed the rude attitude and improper answering to few of the Guests in front of me. Certainly this property ruins the fame of OYO in particular.

Very very worst experienceServent didnt provide even water also.. Room doors making some noise, its very irritating. Receptionist said i ll arrange some other, but at thr end he didnt change anything. Didnt billed same at booking.com price, he charged some extra amount. Not comfortale, not satisfied. Better to choose some other residency.

I like the rooms are very good because the rooms are neat and clean. Good customer service.Nice play to stay all like couples,families,business meeting,tourism etc..And it is near to bustand.He gives the room with low cost.Parking also available
