Flagship Jayam Residency Tiruvottiyur Near Tiruvottriyur Theradi Metro Station - Hotel in Chennai - Thiruvallur, India

Ridiculous data.. there is no such hotel in that location where Google shows the point. I've wandered around 2 hours to locate the place. After much detailed enquiry in and around that area, came to know that there is NO SUCH HOTEL or LODGE in that place. All efforts went in vain. I would like to report this to Google.

I book the room oyo then go to hotel asking reception person I am book the room already you give the rooms I told him but your room is not available then increase the amount

Room and washroom was not clean at all. No power backup. no proper response form the staff

While booking into the website it shows Rs.425 for a single room, but while reaching jayam residency they said a single room is not available. Even though we showed a confirmation message but also they'll never give room and they ask for an extra amount for a single room.

Very nice hotel with well behaved staff and service. All rooms are spacious and clean. Sorrundings are well maintained. Worth staying here for couple of days.

Am booking AC room but ac not ther , water heater also not there no parking it's second floor no lift once book room am asking it is preferable ground floor They said ok but it's second floor . Finally am paying ac rooms but stay without ac room Payment also gone Thank you very much

Very good hotel..rooms are very clean with modern amenities. Staff are well behaved.
