Be careful from fake reviews, most of them are their staff only. I wanted to give negative rating unfortunately not available. **for new guest it is a big warning don't come in this hotel unless and until you can compromise : 1. your privacy 2. The services 3. The room experience 4. The money 5. The threat from owner (in case you are not cooperating) 6. If you book online, they will bangg you for sure. By the way I am a research scholar of IIT kharagpur, recently visited bilaspur for seminar and came late night in this hotel and was shocked to see the response for the first time in my life. They will treat you like anything. Finally this hotel is not kid-friendly nor family friendly. Some disgusting activities were going onn (hope you understand nasha and all things) so choose wisely. Just wanted to help you out guys from getting into this trap kind of thing otherwise I'm least bothered about writing a review about anything. Thanks !!

They ask for more money. Will disturb u all the time during stay. Rude behavior and even after checking out they ask for even more money for unknown reasons. Rooms r dirty. Looks like a shady place. They use oyo services just to attract customers but will say they don't operate under oyo. All and all very bad experience. They don't show professional behavior at all.

Absolutely pathetic and sleazy motel. Untrained and rude staff. Located in a narrow road with no option to take SUV etc. I booked this hotel through OYO website. On checkin, they started demanding extra money saying they can't give room on OYO rates. We had to wait for an hour and call OYO customer care, file complain and get their customer service executive online to sort out the issue. There were other people in the group who had already paid the extra amount. Horrible experience, never book this hotel, especially female and family travelers.

the hotel is a very good and good behaviour by hotel staf but i have a facing some problem for tv signal so thats the reason i cant watch tv at that room where i can stay last time and at hotel golden leaf and everything is in that hotel is a very good
