Dr.M.P.SAMAL is very good Nature personalty we are specially thankfull for his co operation. clean environment inside the hospital and in the ward too. Doctors & Nurses are well experienced towards their profession. Canteen food is also good & hygienic according to every age group...

Good hospitality clean and hygienic environment. Doctors are polite well natured and experienced. Treatment protocol is well up to mark. staff and nurses provide good care. We're specially thankful to Dr Jayavelu very humble and experienced doctor.

Extremely unprofessional. Mismanagement at its peak. Was waiting for 2 hours in front of the chamber of Dr. Sujit Pahari. No system of alloting numbers to the patients. Anyone can walk in as per their will and acquaintance with the staff or the doctor. Very painful experience for my mother who is more than 75 years old.

My father Dr P C Jain was admitted in Apollo hospital, Bilaspur on 4th August 2023 for multiple problems under Dr Samal, cardiologist, Dr Patel for gastrointestinal problems.He was treated well and whole team Apollo has been cooperative to us.Nurses and other staff is also too much co-operative.

Health check up process is very nice services is very excellent. To maintain NABA accredite services. Health cheakp Staff behavior best. . I vist last year. It's process smoothy and fast.

Apollo Bilaspur has always been on a better side, covering all the basic aspects. Taking proper care of treatment, medication, house keeping, diet & everything has been done timely to ensure effectiveness. Dr. V.K.Shrivas is very gentle & polite, he listens you very carefully which is not been done by all the doctors, also Nurse Incharge Ms. Shalini was very cooperative as well. The calling bell service is really good, only thing is they can try & fasten the billing process may be by increasing the man power in that department also fastening the TPA process.

I would like to express my gratitude to Apollo Hospital Bilaspur for the successful surgery. My husband (Mr Pranav Singh) was admitted for about 4 days. I would also like to extend my thanks to the doctors especially Dr.G.S.Asati Sir, Dr.Vijay Goenka, Dr.Harindra.They were very calm, patiently answered my trivial questions without hesitation and made it a point to explain every course of treatment that I was undergoing. Right from admission formalities the Management staff Mrs.Deepa at reception,Mr. Prakash, Mr.Prankur, Mr.Piyush at TPA, Mrs.Seema & Amit Kashyap(Secretary),Mr.Divik (2nd floor incharge) and the overall facilities, I was cared for. The support staff deserves a mention.OT staff and team, Archana Rukmani,Sarojani,Samiksha,Kewra (Nursing staff) Pharmacy Departnent, all Daignostic Departments, Ms.Jyoti Pradhan(prepared Discharge summary promptly) Service, Housekeeping,Wardboys, Mr.Shyamlal(Guard)were equally supportive in making our hospital stay as comfortable as possible. It's a great hospital.I am truly grateful for the care and support I received from everyone.Keep up the great work and commitment in serving the patients as always! Thankyouu..
