Very very poor service. Dirty walls, dirty bed and pillow, no AC working, electricity gone in midnight and no further support. I think owner cut it to save electricity bill. No fan was working. I need to change two times room because of very bad room. Manager was very rude. Never ever book your room here.
Worst oyo hotel. They are running a scam in the name of OYO. First of all they didn't provided the room since it was online booked. So I need to cancel online and need to pay extra to book offline and the room they provided me was as filthy as it can be. Dirty curtains, stained bedsheets/pillows, dirty washroom, commode, constantly leaking AC etc. I paid 800rs. for one day and trust me it was not even worth 300rs for this room. Cant give 0 star rating, otherwise I would have.
Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very pretty and placious for a single traveller also. The place was really nice and comfortable for me as it is on the main road so it was easy to get a cab or source for travelling in the morning time to office as i was here for An official reason.
Its very bad that the booking price is totally different from the actual price. I paid double amount at the hotel for staying 1 day. OYO should take necessary action against these hotels. While check in at hotel they asking extra amount which is so irritating.
Very untidy. Bathroom does not have door lock. Dirty bedsheets. Good for 1 to 2 hours for the job to be done. Whole day stay not good enough.
The room I was alloted was nasty and smelly. Water leaking from roof. When I told this the property told me to talk to Oyo customer care to change another Oyo. But other oyos nearby are occupied and are also of the same state. I had to shift myself to other non Oyo hotels and I have lost my prepaid amount. Oyos are not looking after its customers and tied up with fraud hotel. I will never ever book with Oyo.
DisasterThe room and bathroom were too dirty. They are forcing to rate the hotel there itself but I denied. The bed was too hard and the air conditioner and TV was not working as well.
Worst management and staffs. Please avoid this,he will take double the amount of what's showing and tell u to cancel the booking through oyo.
