Check in and check out time was different from what was given on OYO website and they charged us Rs800 extra since we checked in before 11 am. The geyser in the bathroom was not functional. The window in the bathroom couldn't be opened. It was raining during the time of our stay and we came to know about some leakage problem. Water had streamed down from the ceiling and half the bedroom floor was wet. When we complained about it, they just mopped the floor and told us that there is no permanent solution to this problem. Despite all this, they charged us full amount for the duration of our stay. Horrible experience !

The check in was such a horrible experience. The person at the reception demanded extra 400rs for the room. He said if I am not ready to give extra 400rs the room will not be given. The room was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. The sheets were dirty and smelly. The chair was full of fungus. Overall if you wanna get disappointed and regret using Oyo ? Go ahead book this hotel

I have booked for my guests. Check in was normal. Staffs response was good. Rooms were neat and clean. AC and heater worked fine. Rooms were compact. It's located in residential area and so it was peaceful. Name board of hotel was small hence finding the hotel was tricky.

I had booked 5 Deluxe AC rooms for my extended family. Out of which, we recieved one room where the AC was not working. The available space in the rooms was inconsistent. Few of the rooms had serious space constraints and one room did not have a wardrobe as well. The Wifi network was non-existent in the rooms and I had to make do with my data which is not what I expect from an OYO. The staff was not courteous or helpful. They were not helpful or willing to answer queries in a polite manner. I am a frequent customer of OYO rooms in multiple locations around India and I would without a doubt say that this was the worst experience I have had in an OYO. If this is the standard I have to expect from OYO, I will need to rethink booking with you again. This experience was a humiliating experience for me with my family as well as I trusted you to provide a standard experience that is expected from you, instead of the abysmal accomodation you have setup here.

Very worst experience. No mirrors in the room. No extra cot for the 3 guest room. This is the first ever hotel I am staying where they don't provide any wifi facility for the customers. There is no energy backup available in case any power cuts. If any option to choose negative star rating , i would prefer that. Very very disappointed with the hotel.

Good and clean rooms. 24 hrs hot water available. Good atmosphere and locality. I would recommend it. Only namely negative would be that they do not provide food. But since it's an appartment rather than a hotel it is okay.

The Hotel owner was polit on the call but the boy in the front office speaks wrash. The bedspread was fully dirty but the boy in the reception said only this is available If you need u stay If not keep going. Hotel not worth for the money they collect high amount but maintenance is no good.

I had to pay double the price at the hotel to check in after a lot of arguments. The hotel claimed that they don't want to have a tie up with Oyo itself. The room was very small and full of dust. The sheets were also pathetic.
