Affordable PT. Good equipment. Gokul is a well experienced coach and he knows what he is doing. We will get a personalized diet plan according to our weight and body type. This diet plan changes for every few weeks. He not only provides the plan but also tracks it everyday by asking you to send him a picture of your breakfast/lunch/dinner. It's been 2 months here and I am seeing good results. If you are looking for the best PT near Manikonda, this is the place.

This is the best place to workout. The workouts are unique and scientifically developed. Whether you are a fitness freak, a newbie, a 60year old or 16 this is the place to go and get fit.
The trainers are very encouraging and helping and thus the price is pretty decent.
