Trainers are certified and highly knowledgeable. I attended group session the coach who trained me push my limits. Yes It was hard to workout once I complete the session yesh I made it. You never get such an enthusiastic trainers anywhere..
I never put reviews on social media. But I am happy to share my experience. People who hate leg workouts must attend the session. Mostly people get pain after leg workouts. Coaches gives Stretching which makes who body relaxed and stress releif. Highly recommended fitness studio.
