Awesome gym, clean and nice staff.

extremely pathetic management, while the equipment is nice, the gym has extremely pathetic management. the steam room, the BMI machine and so many other things didnt work for months. Employees are extremely unhelpful and dont even bother to answer calls. the central team is even worse. I have filed a consumer grievance compliant against the gym as they shut the gym to convert to cult since last 3 months-the management is going to be the same so its going to be just a pathetic rebranded cult with extremely bad management. its a money guzzler dont believe any promises made by the gym management.

I have been training at this gym for the last 5 months and was tempted to post a review. The management and the front desk Mr Rahul takes keen interest in keeping the place tidy and hygienic. The segregation of areas for cardio, weight and floor exercises along with regular BMI check is par excellence. I have been training with Mr Shashank and his valuable tips for body conditioning, weight training and cardio have really worked wonders for me. A team of professionals working tirelessly towards fitness, highly recommend this gym for all fitness enthusiasts!!!

Pros - 1. The gym is located in a basement and has one unit of all equipments that you would generally need - No problem here. 2. Has good music system an air conditioning systems installed. Cons - 1. The management and trainers are extremely money minded. My experience at front desk was not the best as sales representatives do not possess the right soft skills to manage the place well. The gym management aims to extract as much as they can from you for not so great returns. 2. Even after being one of costlier gyms in the area, trainers do not have proper knowledge of nutrition and PT is good only if you are a female. Be sure to select a right trainer if at all you want to take up PT here as only 1 or 2 of them have proper knowledge and the attitude of a trainer. Other trainers are here only for time pass and building their own body.

My experience with this gym has not been pleasant. It is situated in a basement with limited equipment and is very cramped. Sanitization is not given importance, with the equipment and exercise machines left sweaty and dirty. A seepage problem also makes the floors slippery, and the bathrooms are mostly unclean. The music played here is so loud and crass that it becomes impossible to do a workout. Despite being charged a high amount for the membership, members are not even provided basic amenities like disposable glasses for drinking water. The worst part about this place is the management sitting at the front desk, that takes clients for granted, refuses to address any of their concerns, and is entirely money-minded.

It's my third year in this gym it used to be excellent but sorry to say that the hygiene is not up to the mark even basic essential are missing like tissue paper which is important during this covid time even though the floor is also in unorganised.

Well equipped gym with good ambience to do your workout. All the trainers are well trained. They are knowledgeable and certified and committed about their work. I am training under Ankit Rana, he is an amazing trainer and makes you fall in love with your training. His training has made me increase my stamina. I look forward to working out everyday day.

Fitnest Gym at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi is a very Bad Gym. It is a total waste of money. Their prices match the best gyms in the industry but the services they provide does not match at all with the services provided by the best gyms in the industry. Staff is totally unprofessional. Bathroom stinks. The sitting area in the steam room is completely blunder. They have used the wrong tiles for sitting area. It is a painful experience to use their steam room because of selection of wrong tiles for the sitting platform. Members use yoga mats to sit on the sitting platform in the steam room. They don't even provide towels in the bathroom despite charging the highest fees in the gym industry. Lockers are not clean. Most of the treadmills are not in a good condition. Most of the time Air Conditioners are not functional. They play very cheap local punjabi songs promoting drugs, arms, violence which completely gives you a feeling that you are in a remote village of Punjab. The sweeper use the vacuum cleaner to clean the mats during working hours of the members causing more noise and this place becomes too much noisy. Trainers are not competent enough to give the members good guidance. Despite several complaints about such issues to the management not even a single issue was ever resolved. Any one will regret after joining this gym. Fitnest Gym, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi is qualified enough to give the worst experience to it's members.
