The Gym has alot of good equipment, the equipment they have is diverse and focuses on the muscles i wish to train. They have great service, although sometimes the staff are hard to find or not present during staff working hours, but this doesn't happen very often. I would suggest the gym helping anyone making a workout plan ..

I recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about the fitness this gym is awesome with great trainers they ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. They are extremely reliable and punctual and ready to start training ahead of time with an exercise routine planned.

Staff are great! Facility is clean and tidy..... Close to home. They explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions with exceptional knowledge. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get into shape or even just to keep in shape? ALL THE VERY BEST ..

I have joined this gym 3years back ,everything is perfect here from ambience to the equipments and machines used here and the trainers are also friendly as well as knowledgeable so I would recommend everyone to join this gym for their fitness.
