I joined here when the gym was newly opened. They look very humble while collecting the annual fee and later they never care. My first day at the gym = I started using threadmill, The owner came to me after 7 mins and says, A person can only use threadmill for 10 mins a day. These things was never told in the beginning. As my requirement was only threadmill and cross trainer for weight loss, I asked them for the refund, they say it's non refundable. I requested them saying, I'll at least use threadmill for 20 mins a day which they dint agree. I paid 7000 for 1 year and used 1 day. My request to manager and owner of the gym. Plz tell your gym rules and regulations before collecting annual subscription from the customers
