Farha is a fabulous trainer!! She's been my personal trainer for the last 12 years. She is very knowledgeable about different workouts and is very encouraging. A hard task master and highly recommended at all times. Through Covid her online classes helped me lose 10 kgs! Thanks Farha!
The gym is very well organized place to be fit. The trainers in the gym are very knowledgeable. Equipments are well maintained and working in good quality. The overall vibe in the gym is very good. Staff, the infrastructure and the crowd is very motivating. If someone is looking to change their body then fitness reloaded gym is the place to be. I loved this gym in every aspect.

Mr.Fred and Mss.Farha being trainers of the gym own every candidate as their family and help them transform their weight within months.
