Fitness religion is a good gym in and around Ambattur. I have joined this gym exactly 3 weeks ago and so far no regrets. At first, I was so hesitant that how I'm going to cope up, as I have zero knowledge in workout activities. But then these 2 trainers - Pavithran & sriram were there, and they helped me out & made me feel comfortable since day one. Both are equally good, incredibly knowledgeable and skilled trainers. They are good at coming up with personalized workout plans based on our goals. They always ensure that I perform every workout activity correctly. They give individual attention to each one of their clients. They are easily approachable and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals.

Gym atmosphere is good. cross fit method helps to reduce the body weight quickly when compared to the previous gym which was regular workout..i have reduced 4 kgs in 2months . Trainers are quite good and well trained. overall experience is good ...
