the best gym in the area for both ladies and gents. cardio, crossfit and body building classes available here under the proper guidelines of well trained gym trainers. the also have professionals for dance classes. well maintained and equipped gym with latest machines for workout. a seperate sections is provided for diet and nutrition Consultancy. supplement store is also here with the genuine and branded stock. this gym has 3 partitions on 3 floors, ground floor section is for crossfit , first floor is for cardio and aerobics and the last one for body building. there are seperate timing for females and males. the membership price of gym is moderate as compared to other gym in the locality.
I had joined this gym 5 years before and I can say this from my experience..it's the best gym of this locality. Too much safety for girls. Different activities and especially gym owner takes special care of this thing that everyone feel comfortable here. This place has become my second home. People are spreading fake news through negative comments about this gym just for their personal grudges and to defame it ..
