This is the best place to workout. Trainers are very helpful and they make exercising fun . Raju sir and Tanvir sir come up with interesting zumba workouts and engaging yoga . Everyday is new workout as they have hatha yoga, power yoga, aerobics and zumba sessions and many more. Truly best place for working out in Borivali .

I made the decision to join fitness groove after hearing excellent comments from my friends. It is the ideal location for yoga,zumba etc and for people who wish to lose weight and keep their bodies in shape. Raju sir is the best trainer because he provides individualised attention, continuously motivates during the sessions, and teaches with finesse. I would advise it to those who desire better outcomes.

We have lot of fun doing different workouts..my personal favourite is Zumba and aerobics..The trainers are very friendly and enthusiastic.
