I have been working out here since 4 months now it's been fantastic lot of assistance by trainers. Well management.I have lost 12 kg just in 3-4 months and that's a big achievement for me.The instructors are knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe.Sonu sir the gym instructor is extremely welcoming and he makes workout fun and challenging!! The classes are so intense for every level.Moreover it is spacious n whenever you got tired go and take a Massage...And yeah having an awesome workout partner makes all difference. I have been a member of this gym for past 5 months and it has been a wonderful experience.. I have lost 6 kgs in just 2 months and its all bcoz of the efforts of the fully dedicated and hardworking gym trainer sonu sir. All facilities for weight loss as well as weight gain are available. And both the instructors are best at their job. It is spacious and well maintained. Homely atmosphere. Regular exercise sessions after every hour from morning till evening. If you are looking for something different then regular do join fitness first.
I am regular customer of fitness first and my experience for beauty and laser has been great. The staff at fitness first are very friendly and good at service. Also, the human touch and a healthy interaction adds on to the services. I recommend more people to visit and avail services.
