From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and supported. The trainers are highly skilled professionals who provide personalized guidance, ensuring that I perform exercises correctly and effectively. The equipment available at this gym is top-notch. Fitness Factory Gym boasts a wide range of state-of-the-art machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. Moreover, the gym is always kept clean and tidy, which creates a pleasant and hygienic environment. The gym's facilities extend beyond the workout area. There are spacious locker rooms equipped with clean showers, ample storage, and complimentary toiletries. WORST ! I don't want to say any thing but i would like to show you the glimpse of fitness factory borivali east gym

I joined Fitness Factory gym for 3 months and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff at the gym were not very helpful and the trainers displayed a level of arrogance that made me feel unwelcome. I was particularly dissatisfied with their lack of assistance in creating a personalized workout split. Because of the trainers' behavior and unhelpfulness, I can only give the gym a rating of 2 stars. It's disheartening to encounter such attitudes in a place that should be focused on supporting and motivating individuals on their fitness journeys. Despite this major drawback, I must admit that the interior of the gym was well maintained, which was a positive aspect. Considering my experience, I would not recommend renewing a membership at this gym unless significant changes are made in terms of the staff's behavior and the trainers' willingness to assist their clients.

The gym is very spacious and the equipments are also top notch. The trainers are also very cooperative and highly qualified especially Atul Sir. His way of training is top notch and all worthy.

The ambience is too good!!! All the trainers are very helpful and dedicated towards work when it comes to training and they help you to reach your goals. All the staff members and receptionist are kind and helpful when communicating.Overall vibe of this gym is wonderful

One of the top gym in borivali west. Supportive trainers specially Atul Sir and staff. Gym is maintained very well.

Staffs are very supportive specially Asma Shaikh. When we need any kind support she always be the first person to come forward. And also gym equipments are latest and very clean and timing are very perfect.
