Hands down to the best gym ever in KK Nagar! I've been to few popular gym outlets near my home and was not much impressed and when I visited Fitness Factory - I clearly mentioned my requirements and goals to guide me accordingly. 1. Super friendly Front Office Executives Mr.Amir & Mr.Firnaz has helped me with finding a good trainer who can understand my needs and make a fitness goals accordingly! 2. Hospitality & Ambiance - As I clearly mentioned above, you can always feel free to contact Front Desk Managers to discuss or to convey anything regarding Gym. The Gym consists of Two Floors and spacious enough and well maintained and well equipped with high class machines for an amazing workout experience. 3. Cleanliness - Each and every Workout Machines are being cleaned thoroughly after each person's use! Washrooms and the whole gym is being cleaned every single time to ensure cleanliness which I've seen it most and find it amazing! 4. Trainers - You can see many certified, talented and super friendly trainers in this gym to guide you when needed. You will be provided with a trainer when you join and the trainer will guide you with personal fitness assessment and will curate workout plan according to your goals and needs. You can also take them as your Personal Trainer if you're into this! 5. My Personal Trainer Experience - So far, this is my first time taking someone as a personal trainer to achieve my Fitness Goal - as I've some medical complications in my leg - I clearly mentioned everything to my trainer aka Gym buddy Rajesh to train me accordingly. He's super supportive and very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. He's helping me all these days without fail and ensure that my weight loss journey is interesting and not painful or demotivating! Big Thanks to Rajesh for being amazing person! Also, Dietician will be available if you particularly concerned about your intake and protein requirements and you can always get your diet plan from a certified Nutritionist Ms. Udhaya and she'll be guiding you through this! This Gym has Zumba, Steam Bath & some other exciting things to make sure it's a whole Fitness Factory! Kudos to the team! Keep up the good work! Thank you for bringing back my interest in Fitness and would love to workout more to achieve my Fitness Goals!

My overall experience with this gym has been great and good place to weight gain... My trainer Ms.Bhuvana is always extremely helpful and friendly.... I've been seeing positive results. They provide customized exercises depending on our body type, which makes the journey more easier and comfortable!....
