Fitness Bar - Gym in Taleigao - North Goa, India

It took me a long time to join a gym. I had a very wrong impression of what working out would do to my body if I joined one. But all thanks to Felipe and his very positive guidance that made me start and join the gym. And I've not stopped going ever since. Fitness bar is the first gym I've ever been to and I'm so glad I did. My experience here has been amazing. It has such a positive vibe, so spacious, great equipment, the music is great and most of all, amazing trainers specially Natica, who makes sure you have a good work out session without making it seem like hard work.

The one gym that offers a fantastic experience. Equipment: The equipment here is the best available, not many gyms in Goa have this quality of equipment. Trainers: The trainers are friendly and very enthusiastic no matter what fitness level you're at. I've trained with coach Salvito, who guided me with my diet and training. He also gave me workouts according to what my physiotherapist recommended due to my injury and helped me build more stability around my injury. Would recommend 10/10

Fitness bar is one of the best gym in goa. The gym is quite spacious and suitable for any age group. The dedication and passion given by all the trainers to each and every client in achieving their desired goal is commendable. Special mention to Felipe who has been doing PT sessions with me for a long time and focusing on my goals and helping me achieve them. Also can't miss mentioning Natica without whom fitness bar would be incomplete, who also Is a very passionate trainer and will make the most for you to achieve your goals.

Great gym, super friendly staff, first time I've used it when I was in Goa for a holiday.....and will definitely be using it again next holiday. Clean equipment, tidy place with no weights laying around. A friendly vibe all around and a variety of equipment. A special 'Thank you' to Felipe who was extremely helpful to get me started, greeted me with big smile and made to feel welcome. Another 'Thank you' to Natica, who was happy to help during my short holiday workout session. Felt like my good old basketball days were back.. A combination of brilliant staff and the gym. I highly recommend this place... Well done to all.

This gym made me value my fitness and consistency and helped me get to my best shape so far. The trainers are kind and very helpful, they will go the extra mile to accommodate you and make you feel comfortable. Especially Natica, she's the reason I keep going back to the gym. You should definitely train with her here.

My first experience with Fitness Bar has been really wonderful! I train here about 5-6 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music which creates a perfect workout environment. They provide locker facilities which helps keeping goodies safe. The washrooms are frequently cleaned and also follow all hygiene protocols. Importantly the group of quality trainers are there personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It's a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure. I definitely recommend this gym to my friends and family. #RAISETHEBAR

One of the best gyms I have trained at over the years. The dedication shown by all the trainers is something one really doesn't find easily. One of the best gym in the city with a wide spread of equipment's. One would receive positive energy and feel while you enter the doors of fitness bar. Gym is kept clean and all the trainers are amazing individuals , push you to achieve your fitness goal.
