Fitlift is truly an amazing gym. I was struggling to loose weight from long time but after joining here I have become fit and my strength has gradually developed with time. I have been taking training from Anish and is highly recommended.
FitLift is an amazing gym. Because firstly the staff is very helpful they always there to guide in excercise and to correct your posture. Special mention to SUNDRAM SIR- He is very helpful and hardworking sir. Always comes with new exercises. He has good knowledge about fitness. He put his 1000% efforts in his client and i have seen the results in me. Equipments are excellent Extra curricular activities are very next level seriously YOGA-DANCE-AEROBICS- in short a good package to avail all the services under one roof I give FITLIFT my very BEST RECOMMENDATIONS!
