I have lost over 40kgs of weight but that's not the part I'm grateful for but that this environment n community helped me change my mindset about health n fitness and my trainer SIR RAJU always pushed me when i lost my will to do so. really professional and friendly guy i have been here for more than 3 years.. and i will also try to inspire others with my journey of fitness still long way to go but it's a journey not a destination..

Very good All the trainers are good and helpfull Best management of the gym Raj Sir is good at personal training and helpful towards to the new comers. Motivate everyone to do the workout every well. Best results in minimum time.

Excellent gym with equally great trainers. There main focus is to make you reach your absolute peak potential and always stay healthy mentally and physically. The owner of the gym and the crew is excellent in communication and doesn't leave your sight even for a sec. Must join if you want to reach your dream bod. I'll recommend you to take the personal training pack as they'll teach you ever exercise with perfect form and also give you a proper diet plan so that you don't lack in no department.
