One of the best affordable package gym in Manapakkam surroundings. The gym is equipped with good equipment that is well maintained. It is also kept clean and hygienic, with Locker Facilities. Mr. Bose's management is really good. As a woman experiencing a top-class professional trainer, Mr. Alvin and Gokul are genuine people and provide proper guidance to achieve what you desire. Mr. Gokul was very helpful. He assisted me with the machines and motivated me to do more when I felt like I couldn't.he also went the extra mile and assisted me with some meditation which I wouldn't do otherwise.he thought me some stretches which would help me after I'm done with my workouts. Overall it was a Lovely experience
